Greenchoice
As of 1 January 2010, Kennedy Van der Laan will start using 100%
green energy via Greenchoice. Greenchoice is the only Dutch
energy company that supplies 100% sustainable energy.
The energy supplied by Greenchoice is exclusively generated by
sustainable sources such as windmills, solar panels, biomass and
hydroelectric power stations. The use of nuclear energy is
excluded, as well as the combustion of animal remains and sewage
sludge. Greenchoice tries as much as possible to use energy
generated in the Netherlands only.
Furthermore, Kennedy Van der Laan provides legal services to
Greenchoice.
