Wheels4all
Wheels4all is a Dutch car sharing organisation,
with cars in residential areas for people to use 24 hours per day.
Members can open the car with their chip cards and pay only for the
use. By making car costs variable, Wheels4all helps people to make
a sound choice for each trip: either by bike, public transport or
car. Especially second cars are standing idle for most part of the
week. By sharing a car more space becomes available in the streets
to play and enjoy. Wheels4all is a socially responsible business
without a profit motive that wishes to contribute to flexible forms
of transportation, with an eye for man and the environment.
Kennedy Van der Laan advised Wheels4all on how to set up a bond
loan program. Kennedy Van der Laan has drafted the necessary
documentation and has arranged the coordination with the Dutch
central bank (De Nederlandsche Bank).
