The Banana Box
It's almost New Year's Eve. A time for festivities,
being together and counting our blessings. Simple things like a
roof over our heads, enough to eat or an education, things that are
so obvious to us, but not to everybody. Fortunately, there are
always people who are trying to change this. We are proud to have
people working at Kennedy Van der Laan who want to make a
difference. Listen to Bep and hear her personal contribution
to a better world.
Maarten Rots (1982) is a visual artist. In his work he
emphasizes everyday things, which are often not noticed or paid
attention to. He takes the spectator with him in his moments and
gives him the facilities to perceive and to question his or her own
surroundings more consciously.
