Ester Nederlof - Wouters van den Oudenweijer
Ester studied law at Utrecht University and in Paris and after
that she worked at one of the large law firms. She specialized in
liability law and (non-life) insurance law. In 2006 Ester switched
to one of the large providers of combined banking and insurance
services, where she worked in the field of (life) insurance law,
equity-linked insurances and savings banks, the legal aspects of
collaboration with insurance brokers and e-commerce.
She joined Kennedy Van der Laan as an attorney in 2009. She
focuses on the broad field of the insurance sector and, in view of
her background, especially on coverage disputes, professional
liability of intermediaries, life insurances and the Financial
Supervision Act.
