Maurits Bos
Maurits joined the corporate department of Kennedy Van der Laan
in 2007. He graduated in Private Law from Utrecht University. His
practice is focused on corporate transactions and business
structuring. Apart from his general knowledge of corporate law,
Maurits also has experience in the field of employment law and he
acted as trustee in bankruptcies. This enables him to look at
corporate matters from different perspectives.
Maurits is a member of the Technologygroup and Health Care group
within Kennedy Van der Laan. He has a passion for the sustainable
(technology)sector, and services many clients active in that
sector.
In his spare time Maurits is a keen sportsman. He has the brown
belt in karate, but he also enjoys running, snowboarding and
working out.
Maurits' other hobbies include photography - preferably on long
journeys - and good food.
