Suzan van der Meer

Suzan van der Meer has been working in the Employment Law Group of Kennedy Van der Laan since 2008. She studied law at Maastricht University and Birmingham City University in England.

Suzan's practice covers all aspects of employment law, including (collective) redundancies law, assessing and drafting of employment contracts and staff rules, and offering advice in the field of labor conflicts. Suzan represents both employers and employees and regularly works for charity organizations as well. She is also interested in the role of the self-employed person on the labor market and the doctrine of employer's liability.

Suzan is a member of the Employment Law Association.

In her free time Suzan likes to read, to visit the theater and to run.
