Eline Goemans
Associate Partner
Eline Goemans spent one year in Perugia, Italy to study Italian
before studying Netherlands law and international law at the
University of Amsterdam, where she graduated cum laude. During her
studies she spent six months at a Law School in New Orleans.
Eline joined Kennedy Van der Laan in 1996. Her practice is
focused on real property law, especially rental law. She often
assists housing corporations that provide affordable housing to the
Dutch population, but also large and medium-sized businesses
leasing and renting business accommodation.
Eline is editor for a Dutch professional journal on
litigation.
