Marinus de Waal
Marinus studied Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam with a major
in corporate law, and Notarial Law at the University of Amsterdam.
He has extensive experience in the field of cross-border mergers
and acquisitions, corporate governance, employee participations and
shareholder structures and the establishment of international
acquisition structures. He joined Kennedy Van der Laan in 2011.
Marinus has a great liking for cars and for Belgium, which
country he visits several times per year. Belgium is his favorite
holiday destination, since he likes to go mountain-bike racing in
the Ardennes.
