Bart de Man

Bart de Man studied law at the University of Nijmegen, graduating in 1996. He joined the corporate law practice at Kennedy Van der Laan in 2001.

Bart is specialized in banking, finance and insolvency law. He acts as counsel for clients on issues related to cross-border finance transactions, refinancing of groups of companies, security rights, acquisition finance, corporate reorganizations, insolvency and resulting business conflicts.

Bart is co-author of the Dutch Handbook on Insolvency Law and has published various articles on topics related to banking, finance and insolvency.
