Erik van Orsouw

Erik van Orsouw joined Kennedy Van der Laan in 1999 after studying law in The Netherlands, England and France. His practice covers the area of liability and insurance, in which he has gained extensive experience.

During the past years Erik van Orsouw specialized particularly in professional liability, technical damages, product liability (including product recalls) and (international) policy disputes. He regularly gives lectures, including at institutions for postgraduate continuing university education, and various internal courses at the largest insurers and insurance brokers in the Netherlands. Erik is also editor of the monthly legal journal Maandblad voor Vermogensrecht and regularly publishes articles in various professional journals.
