Frans-Jozef Crousen
Frans-Jozef Crousen has been practising law since
1988. After having worked in the field of employment law for a few
years, he has been active in the corporate law practice for 20
years now. Since 2011 he is a partner of the Corporate Practice
Group of Kennedy Van der Laan. Frans-Jozef focuses on
transactions: mergers, acquisitions, participations, business
successions, management buy-outs, joint ventures and other forms of
cooperation. During the past years he has concentrated on two
sectors, namely sustainable energy and family businesses. He has
guided various transactions in the sustainable energy
industry(wind, solar and various biofuels). Furthermore, he has
assisted many entrepreneurs in the sale of their businesses, but
also buyers of family businesses. This has given him the specific
expertise necessary for the successful completion of this kind of
transactions.
