Kennedy Van der Laan has a strong public procurement practice,
particularly in the technology and real property and project
development sectors. Changes in public procurement laws at both the
EU and national level in recent years have expanded the reach of
public procurement procedures to from central and local governments
to an expanding population of semi-government organizations. We
represent government, semi-government organizations, and
public-private cooperative entities in public procurement
procedures, as well as commercial clients participating in public
procurement procedures, or challenging awards of public contracts
not in compliance with public procurement procedures.
