Het team International Business van Kennedy Van der Laan werkt veel voor internationale advocatenkantoren. Soms heeft een cliënt in Nederland of elders in Europa dringend juridische hulp nodig. Een andere keer is een kantoor betrokken bij een internationale transactie of project en vraagt ons de verantwoordelijkheid voor het Nederlandse deel te dragen. We zijn flexibel genoeg om ons in internationale projecten aan te passen aan de projectorganisatie die de ‘hoofdaannemer’ heeft opgezet.

Vertegenwoordigt u een advocatenkantoor van buiten Europa en heeft u behoefte aan steun voor uw cliënt in een aantal EU-landen? Wij kunnen daarin voorzien door ons uitgebreide netwerk van individuele advocaten en advocatenkantoren in heel Europa. Die bieden u de kwaliteit, service en stiptheid die uw – en onze – cliënten verlangen. Soms wilt u dat wij indirect – via uw kantoor – werken, de andere keer dat we het probleem direct met uw cliënt oplossen. We zijn met beide werkwijzen bekend.

We koesteren onze relaties met grote internationale advocatenkantoren ook om een andere reden. Zo kunnen we onze eigen cliënten naar betrouwbare en gekwalificeerde partners verwijzen als ze hulp nodig hebben op gebieden die buiten ons eigen werkterrein liggen. Net een stapje verder gaan voor onze cliënt, dat is wat ons onderscheidt van de anderen.
